Ãssia Ghendir is a vocalist, and researcher working at the convergence of voice, movement, geology and sound.

First-generation in the Algerian diaspora, they approach voice where language breaks, while Rocks and Sand are carriers of trace, holding fragmented and unspoken histories within their materiality.

They work with field recordings, improvisation, non-verbal, somatic expression, and ancestry across North African contexts.
